Abdominal Planks With A Twist

Thursday, January 26th, 2012

The Plank is one of the most popular exercises to develop a strong core and get your abs tighter super-fast. However, once you start getting stronger you may need to change it up a bit and try a more advanced variation of a plank. The following “twist” on the traditional plank will not only give your overall abdominal wall a great burn but your lower abs will be targeted more. Follow the instructions in the article and there is a video demo in the end as well.

You can forget about them, forever. And I won’t ask you to do them ever again and you’ll STILL get an amazing six pack. How’s that for a promise? Well, good news folks! The ABS GURU David Grisaffi is back, with another superb exercise that will have your abs begging for mercy. Actually, here at amazing abs.com we try all of the exercises ourselves before we publish them, so this one comes highly recommended if you are one of those people who enjoy that burning sensation in their abs (a.k.a. the exercise is working)!

The forward ball roll on a swiss ball requires perfect technique but once you have it down, you can have a lot of fun with it, you can almost say that you can torture your abs..(enough said)!
